So close & yet so far was the feeling after last week’s Senior match against Dodges Ferry and with the improvement each week by our young enthusiastic side we hope a win isnt too far away to reward them for their work they are putting in week after week. The Reserves are also close to a win, with a more settled side the key to getting their next win on the board. The colts won their first game of the year last week which will give them more confidence in coming weeks. More colts on the training track will also help with their teamwork.
Today our Senior & Reserve sides travel to Lindisfarne & the colts have a bus trip to Huonville.
Goodluck to all teams.

Round 3 review and Round 4 preview
While we had three losses last week, the coaching staff & players remain upbeat about the effort that all players put in and the final scorelines didnt reflect the true games that the large crowd witnessed. We had some disappointing injuries to players last week, with two dislocated shoulders & a broken finger that will see Michael Bruce, Chris Fisher & Hugh Williams sidelined for a few weeks or more. We wish to welcome a few players back to our club, & thank some more u16′s who stepped up to play great games in the Colts. Also congratulate the following players who have worked hard in previous weeks to gain a spot in the Senior team last week -Todd Taylor, Daniel Percy, Jak Chapple & Braden Howlett.
This Saturday we head to Sorell where their teams have also had a lean start to the season. We are hoping that three wins might come our way today, to give our boys something back for all the hard work they are putting in. Our teams will be looking for a more consistent four quarter effort & we’re sure our young sides can deliver the goods. A great day on the field would make our Ladies Night back at the clubrooms an even bigger reason for heaps of fun. We are definitely looking forward to seeing what the players have in store for the lovely ladies at our club. Because of Anzac Day holiday this week our usual Thursday night training has moved to Wednesday, we welcome you to call down to our clubrooms
